I've begun the nightmare that is house hunting. I met with a lender to see what I can afford. I've been out looking at houses with a realtor but I'm soooo frustrated. I've seen every home in the area that I want to live in that's within my price range. So....do I expand out at this point, or do I stick to my guns and wait it out until my dream home comes available in the area I want?

It was fun at first, but now, I'm just ready to get down to business and find a house!
